It is located in 8 ° 3'40 " to 8 ° 50'48" south latitude and 114 °
25'53 " to 115 ° 42'40" East Longitude. It is located between Java
Island and Lombok Island and it is bordered by Bali Sea in the north, Lombok
strait in the east, Indonesia Ocean in the south, and Bali strait in the west.
Because Indonesia divided into three part of time, Bali includes in the middle
part of time or Indonesian called it WITA (Waktu Indonesia bagian Tengah). With
